Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $100. Free shipping availability may vary by destination and shipping method.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped.
- Canada: 3 to 9 business days
- United States: 4 to 9 business days
- International: 8 to 18 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
International Orders and Import Fees
Orders shipped outside of Canada, including the United States and other international destinations, may be subject to import duties, taxes, or carrier handling fees upon delivery. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Hop Bomb Apparel Co. does not control or collect these charges.
Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender
If a package cannot be delivered due to an issue attributed to the customer, including but not limited to an incorrect shipping address, incorrect phone number, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, the package will be returned to Hop Bomb Apparel Co. at the customer’s expense.
Return shipping costs and any duties or taxes incurred will be deducted from the refund total once the return is received.
Damaged or Opened Packages
If your package arrives damaged or opened, please take clear photos of the packaging and contents before use and contact us as soon as possible. Claims and resolutions are handled in accordance with the carrier’s policies.
